This isn’t easy to say but I’m slowly eating myself to death

I weigh 500lbs and climbing, it’s now impossible for me to climb stairs unaided and I need a mobility scooter to get around

I love cheese

I don't understand how anyone can get beyond 300lbs and not reconsider their life choices. Eating well is not difficult. If you don't stop now, I hope you're okay with dying young.

My wife and I stumbled on this show a while ago, and we made fun of the fat chick for like 3/4 of the show, then it showed her daughter who basically said something like "it was hard but my dad and I got healthier after my mom died". Teh fat chick died! My wife starts crying and I feel bad b/c this cute kid is all upset and lost her mom.

TS- get your shit together you fat fuck. Eat salads and go for walks. See your doctor. Man up bro if you want to live.
 
I used to judge fat people as being lazy pieces of $hit who had no will power. However as an addict myself (food isn't my "drug" of choice but that's besides the point) there is clearly some mental or emotional issues here.

As with all addictions people use it to cope with something they aren't addressing. Some use alcohol, work, sex, cocaine, etc. Some use food. TS needs to figure out the underlying issues of WHY he feels the need to eat so much food otherwise no diet in the world is gonna work.

If you're that big, you're not very mobile, and someone must be helping you.

Whoever keeps bringing you the gallons of ice cream and flocks of fried chicken needs to get on board with helping you eat better.

You are already a danger to the medical staff that will have to move you for treatment. Begin correcting your diet today, or your corpse will need to be hoisted out with a crane like Gilbert Grape's momma.

That's brilliant.

I've always wanted to take the pleasure out of eating for myself. So it would be no more enjoyable than putting gas in my car. If I need fuel then I'd eat. If I didn't need fuel then I wouldn't.

Sounds like this guy accomplished that.

Although I am worried about nutrients and such. If they're was one thing that gave you every nutrient you needed then I may just eat that every day.

There's this drink called Soylent (yes, like the movie). And it's supposed to be all you need but people have reported digestive problems when living off it.
