Clean fighter wins - fight result stands

If he draws or loses it should be an NC and offer of a rematch when his opponent's suspension expires.

Just by common sense that is what the policy should be

Jon Jones cocaine
The substance he tested positive for is not banned out-of-competion by WADA, while I think the substance that for example Nick Diaz tested positive for is. (I'm not arguing morals, just the technicalities).

It depends on when they pop. An example would be Yoel Romero over Jacare. All of Yoel's pre-fight and day of fight test results were clean. It was a post fight test that he failed, so since he tested clean before and for during the fight, the result doesnt get overturned.

Also, the result doesnt get overturned until after the hearing with whatever athletic commission.

Results for out of competition positives are usually not.

Weed is not banned out of competition. It just stays in your system longer so you need to stop taking it 30 days before the fight while cocaine is gone in a few days. Neither are tested for out of competition.

On topic you can bet your ass Lesnars win will be changed to a NC

I think most of these fights should be declared a draw or no-contest if the cheating fighter wins.

And a portion of their pay should go to the other fighter.

Overeem didn't fail any tests in the proceedings of that fight. He failed for the then-cancelled JDS fight.

Overeem didn't fail a test against Lesnar.

So that answers that one.

A part of the deal for overeem after he fled the tests for his sick mother was that he had to pass random tests for the next 6 months or something.

He ended up failing one, that's why so many people bring up why it wasn't switched to a NC.

Lesnar Overeem

Neither tested positive in or out of competition for this fight. Every other fighter who has tested positive for a fight has had their win change to a NC. If they lost the loss stands. I don't know what your on about with this thread.

Do you have a source?
Because precedence and the rules disacgree. Here's a recent example:

As the regulatory body that sanctioned Mr. Tibau’s bout on November 7, 2015, the Comissao Atletica Brasileira de MMA (CABMMA) has recognized USADA’s sanction and, in accordance with the CABMMA Anti-Doping Policy, reversed the outcome of Mr. Tibau’s bout from a “win” to a “loss.”

Pre USADA the fight would have been overturned to a NC, but part of the harsher penalties is it's now a LOSS for the cheater and a WIN for their opponent.

BTW, I love how Hunt is after Lesnar's full disclosed pay!
"Hunt said he has asked UFC officials for half of Lesnar's record $2.5 million guaranteed purse or to be released from his contract effective immediately. Hunt added he has yet to hear from UFC." ...
"Hunt changed his tone later Friday night in a profanity-laced tweet, saying that he now wants all of Lesnar's guaranteed purse.

"Well I wanted half but have changed my mind cheaters shouldn't get s--- I want all of it cheaters don't deserve s---," Hunt wrote in his tweet." [SOURCE - http://espn.go.com/mma/story/_/id/17085742/brock-lesnar-ufc-notified-potential-anti-doping-violation]
I don't have a source and I wouldn't mind it being changed to a loss. It certainly wouldn't be fair if it stands as a win for Lesnar

Hunt got a clean rematch with Bigfoot so hopefully there will be another one with Lesnar, I doubt he will do any better though.

Because USADA knows that A-level athletes like Overoid or Brock would win either way.
They don't want to give an excuse to fat E-level athletes like Mark Hunt or Roy Nelson
