He is an expert at playing the "bullied school child" role, he plays the victim to get people on his side when he is clearly in the wrong.

Its not like he is releasing some top secret info, its gonna be announced and the UFC wants the announcement to be a suprise at the events, instead Ariel wants to put the spotlight on him to get attention and he just uses the "im just doing my job!" card.

I dont see how you guys can side with him, Ariel is not dumb, he knows exactly what he is doing and is crying out for sympathy, he has done this before as well.

Ariel is that one family member who always spoils the suprise party and says "oh sorry It just came out, are u mad?"

Because he's the best in the business and has done tons for this poor excuse of a sport.

cause Ariel is well spoken and a fan of MMA. And the UFC are scumbags that use people until they are worthless and dispose of them in the trash.

Because he went to Syracuse University and they taught him how to be a noble journalist and to cry when he doesn't get his way.

Because

Big is bad, small is victim

Reporters report news.
Family members are not professional spoilers.

Most here will side with anyone as long as it's against Zuffa.
Truth is, both sides were wrong.

Imagine if Fox News worked the way you expect Ariel to work.

"Excuse me, Hillary...I was going to run this story, would that be ok?"

Hmm… Maybe political reporters should have to get clearance from the white house before they write an article. Sounds fair right? We don't want free media. We just want lies from a corrupt organisation...

Boom you just answered for me.

Its not important and was going to be announced anyway. Who gives a fuck where it's heard from.

I kind of sided with him, until the recent MMA hour episode, for some reason it came across as a cop out to me. I could be completely wrong, but it really seemed like he was playing the sympathy card way too hard.

Sounds like a Zionist conspiracy to me.

Things get leaked in sports all the time, it's the nature of the business so I don't think he's wrong in that sense. However, if the UFC or Dana specifically asked him to not leak it because they wanted it to be a huge surprise then he kinda brought this on himself. We as fans will never know the truth though unfortunately.
