Why are Star Trek worlds so one dimensional?

Because they weren't hobbled with trying to shoehorn in details relevant to a four episode arc.

I liked many eps of ENTERPRISE

But that bullshit season 3 entire series story arc was bullshit

Everything else was mostly good but they went way over the top with that full season story arc

Fucking Captain Archer saved the universe and is never mentioned again ever huh

assholes

It was a weird horrible episode to solely explain a show plothole

Like literally the ep was Humans, Romulas, Klingons and some others discovering some ancient thing at the same time and they all race to an end scene where some woman explains to the audience a bullshit plot fix that nobody was satisfied with

Damn, that's cheap as fuck. Like the easiest explanation possible. Also doesn't explain why the Cyborgs and so many other species from far away also look human, or did she talk about basically every life form?

And the writing and casting was just off the charts great. People love to criticize One-Take Shatner, but he was perfect for the role.
Dead serious, dead on Starfleet Captain personified. He set the standard and the popular view of him as a horny ladie's man just isn't so. He mixed intellect with physical strength, like Spocko.

Spocko, from one of my all time favorites. They used humor so well. Again, just terrific writing.

This episode was literally built around this bullshit thing they wanted to convey to the audience so hard the the rest of the episode is them driving to this scene

literally

That show deserved more love, it was good. T'pol was clearly a tits hire, but great as a counter intuitively emotional Vulcan.
Archer was a strong Captain.

That season four Xindi war arc was fine but apparently rushed through because they'd received word previously that the series was going to be cancelled. It was a "gotta get viewers with fighting and shooting!" decision

Zindi shit arc was season 3

Season 4 returned to episodic adventures with some 2/ 3 parters here and there that was MUCH better

Then they pulled that horrendous ending

It was essentially "All people look alike because they're all related genetically".

The Borg were comprised of assimilated individuals from many races. Only bipeds though.
Borg aren't multiped inclusive

If it were up to me, everyone who says that ep is bad should be wearing concrete galoshes.

would've dominated any era of the UFC, only eye pokes from a USADA & Uncle Dana ''approved'' Jon Jones gets a W

Edited my post, fucking autocorrect.
I liked T'pol to be sure, I was impressed at how Blalock played it

Who's the best Vulcan?

I give it to Spock, by a hair. For originating so many Vulcan traits.

Tuvok is a close second.

It pisses me off. Our world is filled with all sorts of things - it's not just one specific thing

For example we have deserts ... among other things.

But we see multiple desert planets like Vulcan

I'm looking at you too Star Wars with your Jaku / Tattoing

Or planets are just one big storm planet

Or an ice planet ... wtf

Or a water planet

Each planet is just ONE aspect of what our planet has

Fucking Wookies and their jungle planet fuck them

This has always pissed me off.

We never see a planet as diverse or unique as ours ... like ever

or even with more than just one attribute
<TrumpWrong1>

There's a lot of planets that have more diverse ecosystems. We don't tend to see them as much since many of them are in core, within the reach of the Republic/Empire, like Naboo or Coruscant itself, and the rebellion is routed in those places. They desperately cling to the outer rim and to planets/moons that are less hospitable precisely because they are less likely to be found, or to be well-controlled.

You mean cement overshoes?
Aye ...

Lucas mixed in humor in a similar way with Empire Strikes Back, but even he fell short of the original trek. Nimoy was typecast forever and is well respected for his work, but he's still grotesquely underrated as an actor and particularly as a director.

Say what you like, they had better music than us

we have this dogshit

they have this funky tune

because every episode was basically a stand alone sci-fi movie, and there isnt time for "world developement" and also they had access to old sets and costumes so they shoe all that shit in

This is about the Star Trek, man. You know, Luke Spockwalker and Kirk Solo and Kalinda
