People are saying Khabib had a disappointing performance, but he took Al Iaquinta on a days notice.

Also, he was training for three different fighters who all have different fighting styles and yet, he was still able to dominate Al Iaquinta.

It's Al, barely throwing....try to actually THINK and place that wide open chin and lack of lateral movement in front of a more accomplished striker. It's not hard to see that it would be a very big problem.

One reason why is because Khabib is not at this point a complete fighter. His stand up is not looking great. He is a tremendous wrestler though.

Khabib is good. Very good . But he does have holes in his game. He is very hittable and will eventually get caught at some point.

I don't think anyone at LW can roll with him on the ground but on the feet his striking defense is suspect.
