I guess there's nothing wrong with neck tats, in theory, or some Platonic Ideal of Neck Tat.

The shade of this Idea in reality, on Garbrandt's neck, is just fucking ugly, though.

It looks like a car smear or whatever from distance greater than like, 8 feet.
