Why 3 days before the fight?!

I don't get it. This was an out of competition drug test. Why is this just now coming out 3 days before the fight? The ufc has every reason to be pissed. This gives them virtually no time to get a replacement for Jones. They couldn't wait till after the fight? This test was probably taken months ago and is just now coming out. Total BS. The ufc needs to have a serious sit down with usada about this. If they are going to wait this long, then wait another 3 days and let the fight happen... At the very least, why not come out a month ago?

They do a number of tests to be sure if the first one is positive, not just one. You also have to remember that the lab that is doíng the testing might also have a lot of other tests to process, not just Jones'.

Let the fight happen? And then everyone would go batshit crazy when tehy released the results after.



3 weeks is slower than usual, nomally its a week to two weeks.. be willing to bet there was a lot of double checking and making sure before releasing it.
