We all know that MANY fighters stay ast their prime and don't know when to call it a career so, I wanna know what everyone else thinks on who had the best closing?

My picks:

Couture &
Hendo

and, I would say Yoel but he seems to be in his prime.

Conor mcgregor, for holding 2 titles at the same time.

I am sure we have seen the last of him in UFC. Seems to be scared to fight people his size.

Anderson went out beating top 7 ranked KO machine Brunson at 42 years old.

Conor's was very close to being amazing, if he would have ended it as champ champ and beaten Floyd he would have left like a god, instead he still got the money but is in this mess right now.

He didn't go out on a win but I greatly respected Matt Hughes for not overstaying his welcome.

Lee Murray: Loses a decision to prime Anderson Silva, then gets caught robbing a bank. Legends never die.

GSP

Leaves with the belt, comes back, leaves with another belt

Can't do it better than that

George is like the only one to retire with his belt besides Bas I think.

Bas Rutten retired in his prime, wisely stopping before his injuries could destroy his superb 21 fights undefeated streak (non even counting the brief comeback against Warpath).

If GSP retires, he'll have an even better ending to his career.

GSP... One of the last relevant old guard that hasn't been brutalized or suffered a tarnished career. I mean he did get his face mashed against Hendricks right before leaving and his dropping of the belt in time to miss Whittaker raises eyebrows, but history tends to skip over such details...

Couture got karate-kid-kicked right in the god damn face. It sent one of his teeth flying.

That was a good exit?
