Who's the worst person, Customers or Del Taco Manager? Video inside

i dont see how the customers were being dicks. maybe the way the asked for their sauce wasnt cool, but that wasnt on video. regardless, the worker is a giant cunt



lol, apparently the del taco franchise has forced this guy to get fired, from the del taco his dad owns. thats pretty sweet.
 
The manager was an idiot but it was not worth the customers time arguing with him as it was headed nowhere. All three people in the video end up looking like clowns.

How shitty an employee do you have to be to have a company force your father to fire you? It is fast food, don't act like a dick when the customer is around, and make sure there is not too much shit on the floor.
 
Sounds like it took place in Hawaii or something, which would make this a non-story.


The customers obviously wanted a fight and they got one. The only thing that made it a competitive fight, which they weren't ready for, was that the guy at the window was the owner's son, which gives HIM the leverage in the scenario. He's definitely tired from working in fast food, because it's a soul draining experience whether you like it or not. That's just the nature of it.

They chose the wrong target and got out -douched when they met another guy just like them who they decided to sling insults at (get an education, working fast food, get another job etc). He showed them he wasn't going to get intimidated or pushed around, offered an explanation, and they still were not willing to stop acting like lil sh*ts. What goes around comes around. Substandard service is never an excuse to become an awful person yourself.

I didn't get offended at all, but I did work fast food while in HS for my first job (7 whole months) so it did remind me of how it gets sometimes. Never went back. Customers sometimes think it's safe to unload their stress and insecurities on people in low positions. You should find the location of this guy's store and yell at him so you can unload some stress there, buddy. It's not his fault your wife wont let you touch her anymore, but this window guy can and will serve it back to you as well or better than you can dish it out

Well I just watched an episode of COPS where they were in Hawaii and everyone had these accents. It may not actually be Hawaii in this vid but they do really sound similar.

If it IS Hawaii, it would be a non-story because customer service in Hawaii is notoriously.... what's a nice word for extremely lax, terrible, lazy, rude, and nonexistent? If you show attitude like that in Hawaii no one is going to come running to accommodate you, although you may likely get a free 'adjustment'. That's just how it is down there.

Customers act like a dick, get their camera out, continue acting like dicks, don't like that he talks back, and use the Internet to get him fired. Vindictive bastards.
 
I'm sure the customers were dicks, but that manager is a piece of shit. He knows his job is secure because his daddy owns the restaurant so he acts like a cunt instead of just doing his job. Dude is driving business away from his own families business.

Anyone that provokes someone behind the safety of a camera is immediately a spineless POS as far as i'm concerned. This goes for any situation. Paparazzi, when people try to act tough to Cops because they're recording them, the Chik Fil-A guy (remember him?) See the pattern here? It's always the person behind the camera that ends up looking like a tool. In this case a ball-less husband and his cunt of a wife.

In fact since they wanted to bring it as far as the realm of internet justice to get the guy fired, I say they deserve their own online comeuppance. Maybe a Tosh.0 segment lol.

Since we don't see the whole thing from the beginning, it could be that the customer was acting like a douche and the manager did say that the driver has given "him shit all the time" so that he was familiar with the same dude. Instead, he finally got fed up with it. The customer didn't like that the manager finally retaliated and now decides to film it
