I spelled the name that belongs there sir.

IMO if Jones beats Stipe and retires it'll be hard to argue against Jones as GOAT. His record would be flawless- cleaned out LHW, moved up to HW and beat some of the best talent there.

You have your views, and I have mine.
Im not the one trying to convince you sir.

Lmao, Gretzky has more assists than anyone else has total points. It would be like someone having over 6,000 hits in baseball or over 50k career points in basketball. Hockey is probably the only major sport where there can be zero reasonable debate.

That dude was born to the hockey gods.
Just on another planet for real.

I will say in basketball and soccer they don't count assists as points. If they did not count assists and points fans there would be more ambugity here.

Your list loses all credibility when you choose Nolan Ryan, a guy who never even won a Cy Young award, as the best player of all-time LMAO. He had a unique, extremely long career, but to say he's the best ever is one of the worst takes I've ever seen. Even Nolan Ryan himself, who's still alive, would disagree with you.

Ah yes the 4th best pitcher on the 69 Mets.

In all seriousness he has a GOAT case tho. Hes the all time strikeout leader it's really not a bad pick. With such a long history baseball has the biggest group of players you could call the GOAT and make a reasonable case. Ryan is not the worst of said group by a long shot.

Ryan was throwing 100 mph bombs in the 60s and 70s before that was a normal thing.

the worst take on his list is Ronaldinho as the GOAT football player. Ronaldinho is not even top 10 all time.
