Having many - mostly female - friends in the modeling industry, Jouban without a doubt. He is a legit model working with top tier designers and if he chose to live in places like Paris/Milan he could model full time and earn a good income from it. Obviously he is a family man who focuses on a different career path, which may earn him much more money albeit with many more risks.
Rockhold is actually not model material at all and getting a RL campaign was probably due to good management, some fame and considerable luck.
