Since the UFC's sale to a huge corporate entity, it's just a way to extract as much profits as possible. At least the Fertitas were huge fight fans.

The UFC built an empire from a pile of shit and debt and they did it for all the right reasons. The OWNERS had a written contract saying that if they reached a standoff in their own decision making it would be decided by the fertita Brothers having a BJJ match. That's love of the game.

And since they left ... the company abandoned EVERYTHING that made it great.

All that "we want to be accessible and not price out our real fans like boxing" ... gone.
