Who's next for Yoel Romero?

Trip to the laundromat?

I would love to see him fight either Dollaway or Kennedy

Anyone, if he concentrates mainly on wrestling he could probably have a chance against anyone in the division, i say whoever is next in line, there is no need in making yoel wait, he's 37 would probably beat weidman, the dude's a beast but old, give him his title shot, since he probably don't have much time left!

Im extremely curious to see if this will actually be true. There is no doubt that Yoel can take down anyone and can get back up against just about anyone. But i dont know if hel have the smothering top game of a Ben Askren, Jon Fitch, wrestler Koscheck, Hughes, Couture etc. American folk style wrestle rewards control on the ground greatly. Riding guys and keeping them trapped is a huge part of it. But a guy like Yoel has down only freestyle where they pretty much just stall out after getting a guy down. Hes big, strong, creative, and likely skilled enough to be a hammer on top but I wana see for sure.

Wanted Jacare, but obviously Mousasi/Jacare II is happening

maybe Luke Rockhold? or Dolloway?

CB or Kennedy makes the most sense but CB called out Kennedy so i'm not sure what's going to happen. If he doesn't fight one of them I guess Costas Philippou makes the most sense as going from Tavares to Rockhold is a huge jump in competition and doesn't make sense.

I hope a top ten. He's legit and with his age likely only has a few more good years left.

I did, and i hope that fight was just a huge brainfart, +obvious sharting, but sure he got outclassed, until he suddenly felt urgency and finished the fight.

i actually would like to see a rematch to know if it was a brainfart or not.

Brunson is fighting Larkin next, which I don't like.

They are both two good prospects, in need of a win. Shouldn't match them with each other.

Dollaway seems the best bet, then if its an impressive victory maybe a #1 contenders fight

Romero has been more impressive than CB or Kennedy lately. Give him the winner of CB v. Kennedy.

The next fight for yoel Romero is Khabib Nurmagomedov. But UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez, Travis Browne and Miesha Tate are also better opponent to Yoel Romero.

I'm thinking the Middleweight division match-ups should be something like...

- Romero vs. Kennedy

- Dollaway vs. Philippou

- Rockhold vs. Belfort II

The only one I'm not sure about is Rockhold-Belfort. I'd rather not lose one of them as a contender (just because I'd love to see both fight Weidman, the division definitely isn't lacking for challengers) and I don't really feel a pressing need for a rematch but Rockhold has been campaigning for it and it seems to make sense.
