Choi, more precise and accurate and overall a better finisher. Stepehens is not the finisher that people think he is, he has a reputation for a power puncher and has good power but he doesnt have the precision and accuracy and misses on most of his power shots. He hasnt KO'd anyone with his hands since Davis in 2011

That was the only TKO/KO loss of Stephen's career in his 40 fights (25 in the UFC) and it was against a dude that routinely gave rare KO/TKOs losses to fighters that don't succumb to them. Choi, on the other hand, has only 16 fights total and of the 4 in the UFC were against 3 cans and one really good fighter. The one good fighter (Cub) tooled him on the feet from bell to bell.

This has all of the makings of an upset for the UFC brass. This reminds me of those young female Mexican fighters that were given perfect opponents to shine against (Alexa Grasso and Irene Aldana) but ended up getting crushed themselves due to the basic well-roundness of these UFC veterans, the lack of skill-gap compared to their prior organizations, and the top-level individual skill facing them. The UFC desperately wants/needs an Asian sensation fighter, and Choi definitely fits that bill, but they chose the wrong "mark". Even though Stephens isn't ranked, he routinely crushes guys outside of the top 10, especially fighters that only use stand-up. Choi is barely top 15. Push all the chips in on "Lil' Heathen" for the TKO.
