similar to pvz or sage northcutt, o'malley is getting tons of hype prior to walking the walk. o'malley's two (decision) wins are against guys with a collective ufc record of 1-5. yes, he has some flashy techniques that can be fun to watch. but I don't see him breaking the top 15. am I wrong?

Is there a Sean o'Malley hype?

Legit question.

yes. he's clearly getting the ufc hype publicity push. was featured on embedded after one fight. there's talk of him headlining an event. he's getting a lot of hype from dana and the ufc

i'm in honestly saying
nothing to dislike about him

Ah completely missed it, but these days you could call me a casual i guess... no time (or interest) to follow everything anymore.

He's only 23 so he has a lot of room to improve. Granted, he definitely is getting a push from the hype train that he hasn't yet earned.

Well considering I stream everything for free..... it's pretty safe to say I'm not BUYING his hype at all.

I like sean. I hope he proves all his doubters wrong and continues with the sugar show. But he hasn't shown anything to make me believe he is top 15 yet. But looks to be someone who is willing to learn and ever improving thus far

He is entertaining but will be KTFO/TKO'd eventually with his fighting style and then forgotten.

Still too young and green to know, he could become something, so could Sage.

Clearly both have potential and are ahead of most fighters their age.

Not in the slightest. I prefer to see him pass the wrestler test before crowning him the next big thing in the ufc. He needs to drop the stoner character as well. Yeah, it’s relaxing and beneficial to some but if weed is what defines you as person you’re a fucking douchebag.

Sugar Sean MallGOAT!

I'm down with it. He's already better than Sage.

Best Reebok shirt to come out so I am in

He's fun to watch and has potential but I don't know about any hype.
