I firmly believe that he'll wreck shit when he transitions into MMA and is a future champion material. A more athletic and proficient in striking version of Maia. What do you think ?

Just cause Conor is training him doesn't mean his striking would be good. In fact Conor's 10+ years of striking, not even a fraction would transfer over to Danis. People need to understand that training with the absolute best isn't necessarily the best way to start. You need a coach. Back when I was a kid, I went to a wrestling camp coached by an NCAA champ, and dude could not help us learn moves for his life. He already has an understanding for it, so he was confused why some couldn't hit a simple half.

Though, my high school coach who was nothing more than a regional champ could take you from average to ranked.
