Who would win the potential rematch: BJ Penn or Diego Sanchez?

Talking about Penn vs. Rodriguez (and the almost certain death he's facing) got me thinking about what other fights they should have given BJ instead of this one. One that came to mind was a rematch with Diego Sanchez from 2010, a fight that Penn won via TKO in the 5th round.

The majority of the fight consisted of Sanchez attempting to take Penn down to no avail, all while being completely out struck by the then-champion by a near 20-1 ratio, only to be stopped for the first time in his MMA career after a massive cut opened above his eye from a head kick.

So I ask you, Sherdog: who do you think would win a rematch in 2017?
