Chael has a lot better boxing than Cummins. Not good enough to outstrike Lil Nog but he will make it competitive enough he should get some takedowns.

I can agree with this. Chael can throw some hands but he has no KO power. It wouldn't be smart to stand and bang with Lil Nog for long though...because Nog has power in both hands.
