During The Time Is Now conference, someone from the crowd said what's up to Nick. Nick greeted him like he knew him personally as a friend....then the guy told Dana that Dana owned him some DVDs he had promised him and that fighters now in the UFC were ducking him which prompted Dana to say "give him back the mic" and that he would talk a bout signing him.

He's not good enough to get into the UFC. 32 years old with an 8-4 record against less than stellar competition. Plus, I don't think Dana is too happy with the Diaz Brothers at this point. Not gonna happen.
