Who still eats fast food?

Food is expensive enough here in Switzerland, so not often. If I am going on vacation, I'll happily eat fast food at the airport; Burger King, McDonalds or whatever's available, but I am quickly reminded why I don't eat such food frequently as the taste just aint it.

Not very often but now and again I get the urge to eat a shitty meal with no nutritional value and then wonder why I wanted to in the first place afterwards.

Now if you count Chinese takeaway, my local chicken shop, pizza and the chippy as fast food then it's once a week probably.

Three kids in a shitload of sports, so yes, we eat out quite a bit. We get takeout from local places quite a bit, but Taco Bell is in our rotation quite a bit. We also tend to get McDonalds about once a week. On days that I eat fast food, it's really my only big meal that day. For example, yesterday we did Taco Bell for lunch. My morning meal was a handful of almonds and a banana, taco bell for lunch, green smoothie during workout, and dinner was me snacking on veggies, deer jerky, and then a protein smoothie.

I had Wendy's new chicken tenders 4 piece and costed over $10 just for that.

I haven't had Wendy's in forever but I saw someone post a video showing the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger is now the size of the drinks lid


I'll eat fast food maybe once a month. I like the Carl's Jr. Western (bbq sauce) Bacon cheeseburger but I haven't had it in forever, a lot of their locations closed down.

Sometimes I walk through the main tourist mall and look at the prices and they're crazy ridiculous high for some refreshment where at the mall's Target you could buy a much bigger portion cold drink for much less.

We have cut back on fast food a lot the past few years but that's mainly because it has gotten more expensive then going to a Diner with way better homestyle food. The only time we get fast food is when they are running some kind of limited time deals.

Kinda depends on what qualifies. I go to IN N out, Taco trucks and pick up a Jersey Mikes. In N Out is fast food, but goddamn the quality is so much better. I dont think Taco Trucks and Jersey Mike qualify since their food is all made fresh.

I think all that matters is that it's fast, thrown out at the people like it's made in an assembly line, and costs way more than if you were just to make it yourself.

The food trucks can be a bit of a grey area, because you have some out there that are practically gourmet restaurants on wheels.
