She should be fighting no one but Rousey. Problem is she won't step foot in the UFC while Ronda is their postergirl. Cyborg is the clear and rightful favorite if that fight happens, I would bet everything I own (which isn't much) on Rousey being KO'd.

How does your fantasy match up with the reality that she WAS in the UFC, and asked to be let go? Dana even offered to pay to help her with weight cutting.

IF Cyborg ever makes it to the UFC and Ronda is still champion, I don't think she should get a title shot for her very first fight - who do you think would make the best opponent besides Ronda for her? My top 3 ideas:

Amanda Nunes - she probably actually punches harder than Cyborg and brutalizes other strikers, would be fireworks while it lasts. Dana would smile if she KOed Cyborg too lol.

Sara McMann - it would be interesting to see if McMann's wrestling could neutralize Cyborg, I wouldn't be shocked at a McMann decision win although Borg would be favored.

Miesha Tate - seems like a mismatch on paper, but it'd be cool to see if Miesha's iron chin and huge heart could take her to a decision. The UFC could market it as Beauty vs Beast, and if Tate somehow pulled off a win... holy shit.

Alternately, they could just feed Cyborg one of the Horsewomen (again in the case of Baszler) to fuel the Ronda/Cyborg rivalry.

Cyborg is a drug cheat. If she fights in the UFC she needs to cut weight, test clean and have at least 2 fights before a title shot. There should ne no easy road to a title shot for a drug cheat
