How in good conscience can this man be allowed to cut like that? Unrecognizable.

It is hard to imagine him actually recommitting to the 145lb division, the financial incentive to keep doing this has dramatically diminished versus a year ago and the next cut likely will not be any easier. It is surprising that he is taking another fight in that division at all, let alone potentially jeopardizing the UFC200 card.

He doesn't have much of a choice because he lost to Nate. He can vacate that 145 belt or he has to defend it. He wanted to beat Nate then focus on 155 and 170 but that plan got shit canned. I don't think he had any intention of ever returning to 145 had he beat Nate Diaz.

Funny how he talks about non-contact sparring to avoid damage to the brain but has no problem looking like he has AIDS for a few hours to be the bigger fighter.

It looks scary
But I like iy when my man is angry and focused and intense
Against Nate he was having too much fun and looked unfocus
No more steaks back to the salads

I read that book Alive about the soccer players from Chile whose plane crashed in the Andes, and they had no food so they eventually started eating the dead. Connor looks like a picture from that book.

holy fuck.
he looked like holohan

It's actually scary how different he looks.

You can tell how out of his depth he felt against Diaz, if he's willing to go back to that weight - especially after calling that division "dead" just months ago.

Weight cuts do strange things to people. Actually makes some women look attractive...

Ronda hasn't looked that thin in a half decade.

He looked like death. I don't know when he looked worse, making 145 or after the BEATING Nate Diaz put on him.

Holy crap...you're right. His face is mangled and almost unrecognizable after that Diaz fight.

That's Conor showing Anthony Johnson how it's done.

...Okay, he's not THAT big, but damn.

True FW right there! Remember when this guy went up two(!) weight classes!?

Conor decided to go out on his sword and try to win or lose with dramatic flair versus win or lose in a snoozer of a fight.

I don't know but I think that's how a fighter would fight if he felt that was his best advantage, which was to swing hard and early to take the guy out with full power (key) before anything else and that's exactly what Conor did. He better find a new strategy if he ever wants to be successfully relevant at 155 - you can forget about 170.

he really does look like death there, that is not healthy for his kidneys in the long term.
