There was an episode or maybe a few where he was a part of the security team on there. I guess the show was filmed in Chicago and that's where AA lives (or did at the time). It was like 9 or 10 years ago.

I have worked a lot of UFC events in the U.K. as part of the technical crew. Steve is indeed the head of security and one pretty serious dude. He is ex British special forces, he started a private security firm after leaving and specialised in protection of sea freight shipments through Somalian pirate hot spots around Africa before moving into close quarters protection/bodyguard roles.

If he doesn't train perhaps a way that the fighters could earn more money is by working security at events.
