People say GSP but I stopped being a fan after how he acted when he lost to Serra. Making every excuse in the book, saying he was injured and shouldn't have taken the fight, how he didn't train, ect. Basically tried to diminish Matt's huge win to mean nothing.

Randy, as far as I remember, was always gracious and humble in defeat.
 
GSP. He recognized the judges got his last decision completely wrong, so he quit to avoid it happening again.
 
Fedor is the only answer, he was the champion who was always humble even tho he didn't have to be. And I hear he drives cars to places without smashing them up.
