1. Junior Dos Santos
2. Peter Barrett
3. Jacare Souza
4. Cub Swanson
5. Chase Hooper

I think pretty much everybody else on the card is safe no matter what happens.

Isn't Chase safe no matter what?

I would think so, but Dana may prefer to him to get experience outside the UFC if he loses this one, or definitely if he lost 3 in a row. He is pretty green and only 21 so he may get an expedited version of the Sage treatment if he doesn't get back on track.

I think Cub he barely fights anymore and is on a skid the last few years. And im sure he's not cheap

Don't think Dana cut Sage on a 3 fight win streak cause he wanted him to get more experience elsewhere. I know that's what he said, but in all likelihood UFC just couldn't compete with other promotions offers.

I dont think Hooper will get cut if he lose because he is 1-1 in the UFC and one of the youngest fighter in the entire roster

Dana doesn't like to see young guys on a losing streak though - see Northcutt. "He's not ready" ... "No easy fights in the UFC".

If he loses then he will be on a 4 fight losing streak and Logically he will be cut

Dunno, the context of who the streak was against matters. Everyone he's lost to so far was top 5. Unless he looks terrible and gets destroyed I don't think he'll get cut.

Northcutt was on a 3 fight WINNING streak when UFC ‘cut’ him. Dana was lying over the reason.

That was definitely a money issue.

Sage did get a couple of gift decisions though.

Honestly idk why he would get rid of JDS and Jacare, JDS is a name and can still hold his own against lower tier guys that can still give us fun fights. Plus he's a former world champ and should be able to finish his career with the company and earn some nice paydays. Jacare is always game and could beat lots of the lower top 15 even if he's on the downhill. Plus he is also a name and I wouldn't be surprised if he retires soon anyway. Let these two vets finish their career where they belong.

I think it might be Jacare... Unfortunate because he had a reasonably competitive fight with the current LHW champ. Not that either person did amazing in the short part of that fight I watched.

Looking at the card I don't think anyone is in danger really. Barrett and Chase would possibly be the closest but they tend to let new fighters get to three losses before dropping the hammer now.

I think it was because Sage was getting higher offers outside the UFC, but they weren't considering matching the offers because Sage did not show a great deal of skill progression in his nearly 3 years in the UFC.
