Why is he even keep fighting, he should retire.

Who wants to watch him? Him and Mir should be long gone onto retirement. UFC should honestly kick out worn fighters away or at least put them on fight pass prelims. It hurts my eyes to watch those people. Right, they had beautiful career, I enjoyed it, but they dont bring anything new to the sport right now and seeing this oldies just showing up for paycheck surely not only pissess me off, but I am sure Dana as well as he needs to fork out kesh.

People def still want to watch him,its hard to dislike a cast iron tough ornery sonofabitch like that. Cut from the same cloth as chuck liddell and would fight guys on no days notice...but i think those people have some unrealistic expectations and hopes. He needs a miracle akin to the way he stopped Shogun in the 2nd fight. Otherwise the only way for him to win is to feed a willing brawler to him whose dumb enough to stand and trade.
 
I'm dreading the fight. He's my favorite active fighter, and I have ZERO faith on his chin. He needs to retire. As much as I like Lyoto, I know he is deteriorating too and hope Hendo csn knock him out and then ride off into the sunset.
 
Looks like Hendo is going to go out the same way his buddy Randy did.

Who the heck complains about a free Machida vs. Hendo fight...especially when it's on a card featuring Shad vs. Grover, and names like Khabib, Swanson, Dodson, Correia vs. Pennington!?

This damn Every Kid Gets a Trophy generation is seriously out of their mind!

It's been time for him to hang it up. In the second shogun fight, I remember thinking how slow and old he looked. Then he had the comeback win and I felt it was a perfect opportunity to go out with a nice win. Since has been sad. Tkod by vitor again. Cormier ragdolled him.
 
Makes me a bit sad to see him keep going, thinking this isn't going to go well for him.

Come on. Its not like hes fighting a 20 something year old fighter in his peak. I think lyoto and hendo are both in the similar side of the curve, it can be an interesting match and a finish its of course going to happend. Im interested but im not paying for it :p
 
Excited about it, he's a legend and if its his last fight I wanna know I saw it live.. Unfortunately the matchup w/Machida isn't doing him any favors and will probably be a lot like the 1st time they fought. I'd love to see him go out on a W
