Who hits harder? Ngannou or Foreman

Just curious as to everyone’s opinion as both have one hitter quitters and have enough skill to always land that single shot needed to end a fight. Who in your opinion hits harder?

There is no comparison. Nganou swing with all he has (something you could never do in boxing to not get countered). There are plenty of MMA fighters who hit harder than Nganou and there are thousands of HW boxers who hit harder than Nganou even with a clean technique and big gloves. There aren't many people on this planet who hits harder than Foreman..

Hahaha, OK, I know what you're saying, but have you seen some of his fights? He sometimes manage to generate power with very little effort. I still can't believe he didn't manage to KO that little shit non-fighter that goes around gyms and beat up people who don't know anything about boxing...

He does but he also swings for the fences alot with 110% full throttle Set to Kill shots. Just pointing out that he can be totally reckless at times. Oh and the Charlie Z thing -he was going easy on the guy no doubt tho he'd every right to straight up blast eem

Yes. Foreman's generation of fighters didn't even lift weights.

Francis is bigger, but not as much as the scale shows... fighters just train differently these days.
Ngannou doesn't lift weight.
His S&C program is mostly bodyweight and cardio.

Foreman hits way harder, it's not even comparable, people are delusional. If you put Ngannou in the ring with Fury under the marquess of queensberry, Fury would be the one with the harder shots, it's just different, the opportunity to land, the openings when you fight with small gloves and have to worry about wrestling, clinching, defending kicks, knees, are just different compared to boxing.

In his prime there is no doubt Foreman hits harder. The guy was an animal and had he not taken such a long break from boxing could have been a champion much earlier.

Boxing is a scam, it doesn't work on real people

I understand he didn't try to kill that piece of shit Charlie, but he made the effort to go there, meet him and fight him. He should have prove a point. I was literally expecting one jab and Charlie sleeping on the floor... It sure was a disappointed

Different sports and gloves but Francis folds dudes like lawn chairs

Foreman due to the level of opponents he knocked out and heavier gloves with more padding. Finishing Frazier x2 and Norton was very impressive, not to mention holding the HW title in in the 70s and 90s. We would need to see Ngannou in big gloves fighting some really durable high level opponents to figure it out. They both hit incredibly hard

It doesn't even look like Foreman put power behind some of his punches. He had really heavy hands

Ngannou ko'd Cain with even less movement and space,

Wilder>foreman>Francis

Tony claims Deontay hits harder but he never faced Ngannou nor Wilder in a pro fight. I don't believe Francis ever punched Tony Johnson with full power in a training because he would out cold if he did. Wilder punches are slow and looked weaker than Fury's in their fights. Fury probably hits harder and certainly faster than him. Ngannou's punches are faster than Fury's too. Ngannou may hit harder than Foreman too since he is much faster and kod Cain with a much shorter movement than Foreman ever ko'd anyone.
