I don't know man, looking at @Clippy posts since the May Purge of Sherdog, he's got about 100 posts, but almost 3000 likes. Unless he's averaging 30 likes a post in this communist rationed like system, it seems something's not matching up. Of course @Clippy is a cult figure here so it's not entirely outside the realm of possibility.

There is not some conspiracy behind it.
Everybody was set to zero.
It was / is possible to like older posts too.
So what ever amount of post clippy has made after is irrelevant.
