Consecutively, it has to be Max for sure. The weird and worrying thing is that, according to his Tapology page which lists cancelled fights, he has never pulled out a single fight until 2018, where he missed all his scheduled fights.

Really can't hold it against Max on the Khabib fight, it was like 6 days notice and he just had foot surgery. Still can't believe he was willing to even take that fight.

Cruz pulled out of UFC 148, 169, and then he was listed as the next guy to fight for title (after Takeya) but got injured again.

That process took 3-4 years though.

Yep. Max is full of shit. Should be stripped. UFC need to send a clear warning to all UFC Champions, this shit is not acceptable.

The thing is only one of the times Holloway pulled out was a actual scheduled fight for him, the others he was a very late replacement and thats so different.
