These guys are great at kneeing people, especially Overeem, he's easily got the best knees i've seen. He knees people in the face and body and it looks effortless.

Conor and Jones should not be listed, they aren't great at kneeing people, Jones has landed one really hard knee in his whole career from what I recall and I don't think Conor has ever landed a hard knee.

Overeem easily, he has great technique and serious power. Not only that but he can also execute them in defence and offence, he had a great knee against Overeem while he was being pushed against the fence. (I think he'd work over Cain with knees).
