Who has come back from COVID and fought?

Here is a comprehensive list.

Most fighters, who test positive while preparing to fight, end up fighting about a month after their positive test. That was the case with RDA. He pushed a non-stop pace for 5 rounds a month after his positive test.

Some even come back quicker. Renato Moicano will fight tomorrow, 3 weeks after testing positive. In the NFL and college football, many players have come back after 2 weeks.

Knew someone had the details at hand!

Off the top of my head RDA, Pedro Munhoz, OSP, Magomed Ankalaev and Ion Cutelaba, Glover, GM3, Figueiredo, and Cynthia Calvillo all tested positive and fought (some even multiple times since tested positive) pretty recently

Who has come back from COVID and fought?

Reason I'm asking

My mom had it four months ago and some days she's fine and other days she still can't fuckin' breathe.
Very curious what the short term effect is on training / competing. I understand COVID doesn't treat everyone the same.
Cutelaba,Lyman Good and now Jacare Souza

Myles Garrett had it, was out ten days, came back last weekend, and was flying off the edge all game, but he did sit out more plays than usual.

I've actually been infected with it twice, first time was in May 2020 i tested positive for it after a break out at my work, and it took me 17 days to return back to feeling mostly normal, although i've had a persistent issue with my blood circulation ever since, having really cold feet and hands needing to wear too socks many nights now.. and yes I would still feel slightly out of breath doing exercises, so technically I have never fully returned to normal, and last month my roommate tested positive for it and I started to have similar symptoms that I did the first time, it was much lighter this go around, and didn't last past the two weeks it did the last time I had it but the staircase in my house is very large so i'd lose breath just running up the stairs or pacing around the house. I have been able to train at the gym now a few times a week so it hasn't stopped me from training, but I most certainly don't feel like my lung capacity has ever come back to 100%, holding your breath for a long time is very hard for me to do past 30 seconds and there is still the lingering blood ciruclation problem. So atheletes that get this may come back just fine, but also may take months if not years to fully recover once they've had the infection.

I know DC claimed to have had it shortly before the stipe fight, and since going through the infection myself, i believe it can definitely have an impact on a person cardio and in a fight expecially if they have it shortly before a fight. It may take around 2 weeks for the virus to clear out of your system where you don't test positive for it but the effects will linger.

The Donald stomped that bum virus in 3 days.

in the UK a massive number of footballers have had it and came back after 2 weeks

The President of the United States who is also a millionaire.. Of course his doctors would beat it (if there wasn't a cure already they just didn't release ot the public). He's a big part of the issue with his anti-mask, or people with "it's all a hoax" sentiment. Tons of people in the White House got it following Trump, but of course, again, they rich and will be fine.
The 70 year old person with no money and diabetes will die instead or suffer severe complications. The same medication isn't as available for them.

Overall it seems majority of people are fine, especially athletes. I've heard of some say there loss of taste/ smell hasn't come back or took months, or a little more trouble breathing.

Agree with most of that. People should be encouraged to get healthy and yet I’ve personally still to witness a world leader put that message out there.

People forget that DC said he had it like a month prior to his trilogy fight with Stipe. Tons of other fighters too have fought since being testing positive: RDA, Munhoz, OSP, Thiago Santos, Glover, Aldana, Cutelaba, Johnny Walker, Cynthia Calvillo, etc etc

Huge amount of NFLers have as well, and basically all of them have had no or very mild symptoms. Seems if you're young and healthy and in good shape, it's incredibly unlikely that you're gonna get badly ill from it (not impossible, but very unlikely).
