I dont know enough about Capoeira to say who is better at it,but from the videos,it just looks Conor's movement is alot more fluid and he is more light on his feet than Lamas...who is able to do the techniques but looks alot stiffer.
Lamas does Capoeira, while Conor moves unconventionally, mixing stuff together. You don't see a Capoeira show where the performer suddenly starts shadowboxing for minutes. One works within a pattern, the other doesn't use common patterns. It's different. I think Anderson has the best movement for mma, best Capoeira as well.
McG looks awkward like he's just trying one technique, thinking, then trying another he just remembered. Llamas has a better flow from one to the next.
I've actually done a fair bit of capoeira. Both are a bit stiff for the style (which happens naturally when it's mixed in with MMA), but Lamas is clearly better.
