Who has better Capoeira? McGregor or Lamas?

Lamas is stiff as a board when he's in the cage.

I dont know enough about Capoeira to say who is better at it,but from the videos,it just looks Conor's movement is alot more fluid and he is more light on his feet than Lamas...who is able to do the techniques but looks alot stiffer.

Conor is the best at everything. Enough of the stupid threads already

I at least enjoyed watching the video haha. Im not that familiar with Lamas

Lamas does Capoeira, while Conor moves unconventionally, mixing stuff together. You don't see a Capoeira show where the performer suddenly starts shadowboxing for minutes. One works within a pattern, the other doesn't use common patterns. It's different. I think Anderson has the best movement for mma, best Capoeira as well.

I can't recall conor ever landing a capoiera techniqe in the octagon, or even trying many, but I don't re-watch his fights everyday, so who knows.

Lamas has more techniques it looks like while McGregor looks more fluid. I think it evens out.

McG looks awkward like he's just trying one technique, thinking, then trying another he just remembered. Llamas has a better flow from one to the next.

I've actually done a fair bit of capoeira. Both are a bit stiff for the style (which happens naturally when it's mixed in with MMA), but Lamas is clearly better.

is carthweel kick from capoeira? i remember Lamas using it against Swanson
