Who else liked Rogan, Jimmy Smith and Anik?

Rogan seemed even looser than usual. He says goofy stuff, exaggerates, was all over Zabit's Magomedsharipovs's nuts, etc etc... but who cares? Its still hilarious. We need Roganisms and
Rogan should grow old doing UFC commentary. Hes a stoned American Icon at this point lol.

And Jimmy Smith is a great addition. I honestly liked his breakdowns more than Rogans.
He's also obviously witty and great compliment to Joe and really well spoken

Jon Anik was fine. He doesn't annoy me and I dont really get the hate for the guy


All in all I think it was my favorite commentating team says Goldberg left. And possibly
this could be the best in the future.


I like Cormier also. Dan Hardy is the man. And Dominic Cruz while being very intelligent is annoying as shit.
 
Jimmy was good.. rogan had one of his worst nights.

I phase out anik.
 
Remove Anik, get Goldie and you have GOAT team
 
I'd be surprised if Rogan is around in 1 year
 
I used to like rogan. He just seems to jump on one fighter and constantly ramble shit about them all fight and wont even acknowledge the other.....

IIRC it was short term and I believe he said it was in part as a favour for Dana (I assume Rogan tied to the product helped with the sale)
 
Anik is pretty low key when both those guys are there. I like the combo and honestly, Anik doesn't bother me normally anyway. I thought he was the best part of the ESPN MMA show before he signed on with Fox.

Big props to Jimmy he shone brighter than the rest he fit in just right. On the other end have any of you seen heard Big John McCarthy on the mic at Bellator, it's a little painful to listen to...
 
Rogan did too many OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHS for no reason and the bias was even worse than usual.
I don't like Rogan but some of the interactions between Rogan and Smith were pretty good.

I liked Smith in Bellator so I think I'd probably prefer Jimmy Smith and Anik with DC or Cruz or Felder.
Rogan can go back to his roots, he did start out just interviewing fighters and not calling the fights.
 
take anik out. there was moment where anik said something dumb and rogan and smith made fun of him (i dont remember exact quotes but it was during the prelims)
 
I am not a fan of Jimmy's commentary, although he is very knowledgeable with a good history..

I wish we could have Frank Mir, Cruz or Bas rutten in there
