Who Does Holly Fight Next?

Holly likes to fight 3 or 4 times a year and she won't get a shot at the title until at least 3 or 4 months after UFC 200 (the Nunes/Tate fight) and maybe not even then because Rousey will probably fight the winner of Tate/Nunes in November.
So who is left for Holly to fight. The WMMA bantamweight top ten have been pretty much taken so you get to choices like Alexis Davis (has been out for a year with a pregnancy), and then Kaufman (in Holly's camp) Carmouche, Pennington (who she has already beaten).
She could wait and fight the winner of either Cyborg/Smith, McMann/Eye, or Zingano/Pena.
My guess - she either 1. fights Carmouche or Davis in the next 4 months, 2. fights Cyborg at UFC 200, or waits around and fights either the loser of Tate/Nunes or the winner of Zingano/Pena.

gonna depend on who wins those matchups. Pena would be fresh opponent for title shot after rhonda..

Who cares at this point? All the top girls are booked so anybody she fought would be a 30-27 win just to stay busy anyway.

Not likely unless Holly gets the title back. The NYC fight will probably be Rousey v. winner of Tate/Nunes. Also - Holly will not want to wait until November to fight again.
She might have to. Who else would she fight? Tate vs Nunes will be towards the end of summer and November isn't that far behind that.

Holm won't be able to fight winner of Tate/Nunes before NY because Rousey will need an opponent, and I'm sure nobody wants Tate/Ronda 3 for NY.

Valentina. Would be a quality win although I'm not sure how the UFC will feel about back to back losses for either.

Like others said, Valentina.

I think you are right but if Holly either loses or has a split decision as in the Pennington fight, it will undermine her brand and may reduce the fan attraction of a Ronda or Tate rematch for her.

valentina is a risky fight, she may get a chance if someone drops out through injury, otherwise its a long wait for another shot.

Germaine de Randamie. It's about time Holly fights a striker who's her own size.

She likes to fight frequently. She is 34 and wants to make some $$ before time takes its toll and she has already turned down one fight (Cyborg) so if they offer her Shevchenko or Carmouche she probably takes it. The problem is that it is a no win - if she wins solidly, it will be "no big deal" - if she loses or has a split decision or even a three round version of the Tate fight without the takedowns, it will tarnish her brand.

I think she'd prefer to get back sooner rather than later. So if some other women wants to fight her. Sign that shit up.
