I don't care who deserves it, RDA is a much more interesting fight. Colby has nothing for Woodley, he is only ranked because he had the TDD to beat the one fighter who only goes for takedowns and nothing else.

That being said i still wanna see RDA and Colby fight come on that would be a great one in Brazil.

The division is not weak, Colby just happens to be a good match up for Maia who happened to be the #3 ranked at the time, so he had a big jump. He gets rekt by the vast majority of the top 10 imo.
 
why is colby an option? he got finished by warlley alves and barely managed maia on the feet.

rda is the obvious choice

covington earned it with more fights in the division

RDA would be a better fight but I wouldnt mind seeing Colby have to account for his shit talking.
 
colby has the better resume in the divsion, and it's also is the best fight for woodley to have if he has a functioning brain. everyone is hating on colby, play the good guy, beat him and get tons of fans. but nope, he's doing the opposite and even blocked him on twitter afaik

RDA, but they should fight for it since Woodley's out till Summer.

RDA via mauling Magny in a single round (knocked him down with a single leg kick for Christ's sake) and pummeling Lawler for 5 rounds with a 40+ punch combo in a FOTY candidate.

RDA vs Colby for #1 contendership both only have 1 win over top contenders and are on similar streaks have them fight and winner faces Tyron , all the fights are easily sellable and are good solid fights i would.make this happen if im working as the ufcs match makers

That and RDA's last two fights were legendary. Colby's main good win in Maia showed Colby's piss poor stand up if anything.
 
Rda can beat Woodley.
Colby, I don't think so. Woodley is too strong for me. But it would be fun to see Colby's cringe trashtalk.

Who deserves it? Who knows? It's not like we have real rankings, only rankings made by the media.

Rda is 3-0 at WW and he dominated Lawler and other 2 legit WW.

Colby is 7-1 at WW and he beat Maia. Shitty boxing vs shitty boxing, shitty boxing won.
