who decides to move threads to the wasteland

Im curious about this because if someone wants to discuss something shouldnt they be allowed to on this forum thing. I posted something and I had 4 pages of good responses and they kept coming and we were having good discussion then it got moved to the wasteland. I dont get it who's in charge of that.

Well i had a monster of a thread going and the mods deleted it for no good reason. i was gutted
