I mean seriously, is that all Nate can say about him?

Apparently it doesnt matter who he trains with. Because Conor is a Champion, and should also be fighting for another title this weekend. If you are not progressing your fight game, then your camp doesnt mean much as far as bragging goes...

I understand the whole Gracie thing and so on. But in all honestly, Nick is the only fighter who is a threat at that camp...Nate is a good fighter, but he is 2-3 in his last 5 outings. Hopefully we can get a Nick/Conor fight down the road. Nothing against Nate, but I enjoy watching Nick fight 10 times more.

It would be a great fight, Conor/Nick, but I think Conor would bust Nick up pretty good tbh. Nick def weighs more than Conor does and is a bigger guy. Nick still has a few good years in the fight game, but man his fights are so spread apart anymore...

It's completely irrelevant. It works for him and that's the end of it. There are plenty of bums in top gyms too.

I'd rather have Gunnar and the mighty Lobov than a bunch of juiced to the gills has-beens.

Serious question...when I watch those video logs I noticed Conor doesnt have some great old timer trainer by his side...who the hell is his trainer? Is it that pony tail guy?

You cant really judge nate by his words, the man is a doer, not a talker.

UFC 200: RDA (LW belt)
UFC 203: Lawler (WW belt)
UFC 206: Edgar (If Edgar isn't 'injured')
UFC 209: Nick Diaz

I predict these things.

Training partners are overrated. Once you reach a certain level, you need to specialize your partners. It's not about getting big names.
Who does, Mighty Mouse train with? Joanna Jedrzejczyk? How many "Big name" fighters train with Floyd Mayweather? It's not about the name, it's the talent.

John Kavanagh is his main coach. Owen Roddy is his striking coach. Sergey Pikulskiy is his wrestling coach. Artem Lobov is his training partner. And Ido Portal is his movement coach.

John Kavanagh. He doesn't look like much either tbh.

Yeah, how dare Nate bring up such a thing.

Why cant he be more like Conor and talk about gazelles and lions, and buying suits on rodeo drive.

TS wants MMA fighters to be wordsmiths.

To be honest it only makes Conor's accomplishments even more impressive when you look where he came from. He obviously loves his boys, but Gunni is the only one worth a damn in the cage and even he got utterly wreeeeeeeeecked in his main discipline (which is also Kavanagh's main discipline it's worth noting) the last time he fought.

He comes from a nothing camp and yet still knocks out the man who was UFC's longest reigning champ and P4P King. That's something very, very special no matter which way you cut it.

If you are 2-3 in your last 5 fights, dont be bringing up camps is all I am sayin.

Because Nate hasnt evolved that much over the years. If you are not evolving, it is either you or your camp fault. If you are on the top, you are doing something right. But if you are not on top, you better evolve somewhere in your style/skillset...

Nick hasnt evolved either, but Nick is on a much higher level than Nate to begin with though...Nick is a threat to just about anyone, due to the fact of his toughness and cardio...

I love how everything anyone says to McGregor has to be logical, make sense and be true; yet McGregor can say anything and so long as it gets a reaction, it'll be lauded over.

Diaz said it as he knew it would get a reaction. And a reaction it got.

Artem Lobov cares. He no likes Idol Portal playing touch butts with his boy McGregor.
