Travis Ryan of Cattle Decapitation


Devin Townsend of SYL/DTP

You nailed 2 of my favorites with Devin Townsend (who also has incredible clean vocals) and Travis Ryan.

I'd also say Keith Buckley from Every Time I Die.

MIkael Akerfeldt has the most demonic harsh vocals i've heard. Not a fan of Opeth, but his vocal ability is extraordinary.

Jonas Renkse of Katatonia had a fantastic scream before he lost the ability and nearly ruined his voice.

Antii Boman of Demilich sounds like he's using effects on his voice, but no. His gargoyle-chewing-a-human-leg sounding voice is all him.
