Who are the premier bjj submission specialists currently in the UFC?

Joseph Morales is someone that has really impressed me with his BJJ so far

He had some damn impressive wins for how single dimensional he was. Beating Mike Thomas Brown is no small accomplisment.

in a bjj fight ? Also Jacare probably was out of his prime. I think he got beat on the ground by Allen.

he does more wrestling. Werdum, Jacara, Maia would always go for the finish. Jailton is holding a position.
 
Maybe McKenzie Dern is to be mentioned. Yeah kinda low number of BJJ specialists. Today everyone bangs along with BJJ. I mean there are def wrestling specialists. I mean striking, kickboxing is too good so everyone is really putting work into it.

Muniz is probalby still a good pick, I also had him saved in my head as bjj specialist. I just didn´t watch a lot of his fights and he isn´t a top fighter like Jacare, Maia, Werdum were. I do think he fits bjj stylist well.

I knew Oliveira would be the top pick and for good reason, so I picked a fighter who was lesser known.

shout out to TS mentioning Paul Craig, that dude probably has the best triangle in UFC history. even though he was largely ineffective in most other areas of the fight.

Walter “The Clean Juice Monster” Walker has a win streak of pure heel hooks. He’s doing what all the Danaher BJJ primadonnas are too scared to do.
