At the end of the day nobody pointed a finger at you. Yet this is THE BEHAVIOR not skin color you decided to defend or deny occurs. That to me is weird because I have seen it occur personally. Mate it’s not a personal attack against you. Im not denying there are shit fans in any sport that might hold disgusting views, I’ve seen it first hand in football stadiums. I’m just pointing out other reasons people might not be fans of certain fighters before jumping straight to the worst possible answer.

If your experience is that fans are racist and that’s why they hate fighters, I feel sorry for you, truly. It still doesn’t fully explain the seemingly equal amount of shit fighters from other races get on here, but like you say, who am I to tell you.

Bisping. Yes he was a big trash talker, but he said himself that his trash talking was mostly to sell fights and he seems like a genuinely good guy from what i've seen on his youtube channel.

Bisping had a redemption arc. Everyone loves him now.

Also his 'heel' persona was largely forced. He acted that way because he thought that's what the fans wanted.

The answer is Izzy. He says silly shit a lot. But the hate for him on Sherdog is as if he killed someones goldfish.

No genuinely I think if someone states their experience with mma fans is that they shit on whatever etnnicity of fighter you should shut the fuck up. Again with the insults. I’m not defending racism, it’s clearly one of the most disgusting character traits a person can have. I’m defending the vast majority of people on here who have been tarred with that brush just because they aren’t a fan of some fighters. Perhaps it’s because I’m not American, but filtering everything through the lens of racism doesn’t seem productive. I wish you all the best though man, and enjoy the fights later.

No insult just a perception of you doing what you did when a fan basically gave THEIR EXPERIENCE of racism. You immediately went on offense as if this is the struggle Olympics instead of understanding that’s his experience not yours and both can coexist especially if the end goal is an mma experience where great fighters and fights are supposed to supersede all of that. It's Bisping & it's really not close. Sure, he seem confident and was a dick early on in his career, then you realize it was all to sell fights, get recognize & stand out amongst the rest of the cookie cutter fighters.I met him years ago, nice guy and a jokester. Followed his podcast ever since then and realize more he's not what a lot people on Sherdog makes him out to be.

He hated so much that a poster from Australia told me Jon Jones is better role model for a fighter than Bisping. I based it off the fact Bisping through ups and downs achieve his goal, whilst doing all that for his family without any controversy & still said Jones is better person. Then I realize Bispings wife Australian and the person just hated Bisping based off of that.

Bisping beat up a asshole and spit on said assholes corner who was talking shit about his wife & making a mockery of where Bisping was from. You're basing that off one instant, where you could've said his emotions got the best of him. From everything I've seen from media regarding Bisping & actually meeting him just randomly out in Vegas, he's actually not a dick or POS. If he what he did to Rivera is a being POS then you have high moral expectations when someone attacks your love ones.

On the contrary, instead Bisping decided to illegally knee Jorge was he was on all fours on the ground and spit on him while he was unconscious... and even worse, Bisping denied he even fucking did it on purpose despite the video evidence of him clearly doing it on purpose. It was identical to Paul Daley's bullshit.

Bisping is a piece of shit.

All of that shit he did was in the middle of a fight, and has absolutely nothing to do with selling a fight... Rivera was the one making jokes trying to sell the fight.

He literally stopped, looked at Jorge on all fours, and illegally kneed him in the face. If Jorge and his team wanted to end the fight there, and win, they could have but they didn't. But instead they decided to continue then after the bell spit on him while he was near unconscious. It's fucking worse than what Daley did.

Daley hit an opponent after the bell, which he did on purpose. End of conversation
