You know, those fighters that don't come from a collegiate wrestling background but have added it as a viable arsenal to their game. I'll go ahead and say

Andre Fili - He looked on point with his takedowns against Bermudez, a D1 wrestler. He also took Artem Lobov down at will which isn't an easy task.
Gustafsson - He very impressively took DC and JBJ down. He didn't keep them there for long, but for a lanky ass Swede with no wrestling under his belt at all that's amazing.
Rory McDonald - The T-Wood fight says it all.
Mirsad Bektic - His double leg looks like a D1 wrestler, just an all around amazing athlete.
Dominick Cruz - For his highest level of wrestling being middle school, he is really impressive given that he took down Faber.
GSP (obvious) - *regurgitates common fact about GSP not having any wrestling background, but having some of the best MMA wrestling*
Cro Cop - Not good wrestling in the sense of using offensively but had an amazing sprawl.
Aldo - Like Cro Cop in the sense of using it defensively, but even better. He has god-tier balance against single legs.
Michael Chiesa - Kind of like a lower-level Maia or Shields in that he's a BJJ guy that just relentlessly chain wrestles but he took down Jim Miller who is a great wrestler.

Any others?

Khabib! He only wrestled as a kid.

BJ Penn in his day/and or when motivated.

Amazing TDD and usually got the takedowns when he wanted them

Ric Flair..

Whittaker's TDD. Showed some incredible defense and scrambling against Romero.

Gegard Mousasi took Shlemenko down repeatedly in their fight. And Shlemenko was the guy who wrestled growing up.
