Whittaker is the prototype of today's guys. He's got good footwork and he's fast but his actual core striking and his core ground game are not good. He's low on skill but high on strategy and tactics. He'll watch 50 hours of tape on someone and come up with the perfect tactic to beat the guy.

Guys in the past were the complete opposite. World class wrestling. Or world class striking. But absolutely no tactics. No strategy. They just went in there without even knowing who they were fighting. It was a different kind of fighting for a different kind of fighter.

Now who could win in those kinds of fights?

Give a name.

Is he fighting in 1995 or are they fighting him now? Hard to put together a strategy if you don't know your opponent. Assuming he could figure out where they were strongest before getting finished (he likely would), then he would just beat them where they are weakest. And do so easily imo.

if you don't think robert has elite skills than you don't know shit about fighting. period.

Anthony Bourdain passed? Wow that's terrible.....
Yeah dude I was really upset over that. Suicide is a devastating thing even when it's a celeb you never knew. I wish humans knew how to read people better so they could reach out to those hurting more effectively.

Oh I thought you meant one thousand, nine hundred and ninety five people

I dont think whittaker is all that but u delusional if you think he got no skills, his striking his pretty good with speed and power, and his defensive grappling is the best at mw also good cardio and fight iq
