No,I'm saying if you open your eyes and ears over the last half century you'll see that every step forward that minorities made was fought tooth and nail against white opposition. In the last decade, every move forward minorities tried to take -- universal healthcare, police accountability, (still) systemic discrimination, etc -- the white right was certain that they themselves were under attack and fought back every step of the way to the point where, right now, minorities are being disenfranchised again and white supremacists are marching in the streets.

The white majority has always resisted equal rights and now they're resisting in a way that harkens back to an era that ate black people alive.

As an Americanist, I spend a lot of time studying this crap. And one thing i've noticed is the persistent notion that race riots, lynchings, etc. happened a million years ago. You go back and watch footage of riots and protests from the 50's or 60's, for example, and you see a lot of young children with and around the adults waving their crosses and screaming in the face of activists. But what happened to those children? Well, they are still here. Many of the people we would associate with having actively participated in the ugliest shit our country ever produced (imo) outside of wars are still fuckin ALIVE. And their children are alive, and their children had their own damn kids, etc. This is active, living history still going on. My family literally had a cross burned in their yard when my mom was young lol. And this was in California.

Far right tends to be heavy nationalist hence why nazis fall into that category. Try to think of it all circular and not a straight line you keep going right and at some point you find yourself back where you started.

Protesting and counter protesting is fine. The clashes they had is not. Vice might lean a certain way but their documentary pieces are usually good. They usually don't add any opinions, they just show you what's going on.

The basic gist if your post I agree with - anyone who chooses to run over people who aren't threatening him is the lowest kind of scumbag. The reason why, however, that people are condemning Antifa and BLM is that they have become (you can kind of group them together) the biggest domestic terrorist group in the U.S. But that isn't just the problem with these groups. The problem is that their far left, violent, anti American, anti-police ideology has basically been adopted by the MSM, the DNC and college campuses / academia generally. It's the same ideology that led to Micah Johnson shooting five cops and numerous other cops being the victims of cowardly ambushes around the country. And these events just get brushed over. No antifa rallies, no blm rallies, only complaints that Trump dared to call out the racist evil doers for who and what they were. In fact the only time, interestingly the leftists didn't get mad over a cop shooting an innocent person was probably the one time it was cold blooded murder - Justine Damond. Jeez, I wonder why that was?
