So last night we saw 3 of the best young BW fighters in the UFC (Gardbrandt, Almeida, Sterling). Which one of the below will have the best UFC career? In addition to last nights 3 fighters, I have also added in Michael McDonald, John Lineker & Jimmie Rivera, who are all under 26 too and top fighters.

Cody Garbrandt - 24 years old - 9-0 MMA (4-0 UFC)
Thomas Almeida - 24 years old - 20-1 MMA (4-1 UFC)
Aljamain Sterling - 26 years old - 12-1 MMA (4-1 UFC)
Michael McDonald - 26 years old - 17-3 MMA (6-2 UFC)
John Lineker - 25 years old - 27-7 MMA (8-2 UFC)
Jimmie Rivera - 26 years old - 19-1 MMA (3-0 UFC)

Grabrant is like a mini truck would love to see him fighting against Lineker

Michael McDonald is my guess. Like watching him fight!
Lots of potential for all these guys though. Nice list.

Cody. I'm not sure if he can defeat Cruz yet, but I'd eventually favor him over just about anyone, including tj. He just needs more experience.

  1. I voted Cody Garbrandt. he has fast hands and would be the only guy on the list who could try and match Cruz

Funny how one win can make people think a guy can beat the best 135er in the world
None of these talented young men are ready for Cruz yet

Oh no, you didn't read. He can't beat Cruz in my mind.. He is the only guy on the list that can try and match him I said because he has fast hands. he would still lose a decision I reckon

I would have been torn between cody and almedia but I guess last night settled it.

Haha makes more sense now! Thanks for clarifying

Good list ... im going with my boy Mayday all the way

I went with Lineker, Garbrandt is far too annoying for me to vote for

That list only shows how well the future looks for that weight class... awesome wars to come.

This poll and thread just scream "prisoner of the moment" to me.

I still think it's Aljo because he's the more well rounded fighter, imo.

Mayday before his hiatus would probably be number 1.
