I don't take any of the options. If I moved to Mexico or Canada I would never see my friends and only see family on visits. What's the point of having money by yourself? I might take the million and stay here if I HAD to make a choice.

lots of people are underestimating mexico. the larger cities have really advanced in the past twenty years. the same tech we have here they have as well. of course the infrastructure isn't anywhere close to first-world countries, but if you have five million there, you can live very comfortably and safe depending on the neighborhood.

and the cartels really only mess with their own. the last thing they want is a major scandal where the mexican government will have to crack down hard on them.

Absolutely. Mexico has what it takes to become a powerhouse imo. Their biggest problem is the cartel and likely the US has/had a lot to do with the cartels coming into power. If they get that under control they have a lot of potential as a nation.

I can't believe anyone would choose their state over the option of an entire country. I would choose B. Mexico is safe in certain parts and it's also a huge country. I wouldn't choose Canada because of the cold and there's less diversity in its nature despite it being a huge beautiful place. 5 mil in mexico probably is worth more than 8 mil in Canada.

I'd rather have an option of getting less money and being allowed to travel to some places. Like 1 mil but I can only stay in the whole of Southeast Asia or something.
