Which fighters who recently moved up do you think can grow successfully into their new weight class?

Some fighters who have done very well for themselves after moving up divisions include Anthony Johnson, Cat Zingano, and in the past Randy Couture and Anderson Silva. Which fighters who made recent upward moves do you think can achieve great success in their new class? So out of fighters like -

From the ones that we know are happening, I like McGregor and Poirier.
From the hypothetical list; I'm sure Jones will have plenty of success if he decides to go to HW.
Weidman might do well if he moves up to LHW as well.
