Which fighter exceeded your expectations?

That Dustin win is probably the best of his career. I always thought he would be great, but in his last 3 he definitely showed who's the man at LW.
My thoughts exactly, the Poirier win put to bed the paper champion narrative that was going around. Beating Al for the title, then beating on a Conor coming off a 2 year absence. There was some room for doubt among those who knew Dustin presented the best LW had to offer, and even he couldn't withstand the storm that Khabib brought.

Jan for sure, not that i think the guy wasn't good because he was, but i never expected him to be champion and especially beat reyes the way he did, he just seemed like a stuck in the mud guy to me before it with really akward striking and big power, i grew up to understand and apreciate his striking a lot more after that fight.

Truth be told i was especting him to beat izzy cause i tought he was a horrible match up ( his striking style is similar to vettori in my eyes) which doesn't match up well with izzy counter punching style, but the way he dominated and how smart he was surprised a lot still, especially his defence

I agree completely.
Hopefully Dustin gets the undisputed belt before it's all said and done.
