Which fight do you think would sell more PPVs, McGregor vs. GSP, or McGregor vs. Pacquiao?
 
Pacman.

Gsp can sell a million, Conor sells the rest.
 
McGregor-Pacquiao because it would also bring in boxing fans.

Both fights are hideous mismatches, but they would also both sell.
 
SMH you think GSP's popularity is even comparable to Pac's worldwide? Pac probably has more fans in the Philippines alone than GSP has in Canada & USA combined.
 
Why are you so interested about PPV buys? You getting a cut?
 
PacMac would do over 2 mil.
Mac V GSP would do under 2 mil.

I'm thinking PacMac would do 2.5 mil and Mac v GSP would do 1.9 mil
 
Paq's numbers aren't great on his own. He averages about 400k so I think GSP who averages 750k coupled with McG would sell more.
 
the boxing card was already played and everyone saw what a novice he was. How is he going to sell another fight?
 
Pacquiao come on man, even though he is washed up his name is known, GSP was only famous with the MMA fans he wasn't really a crossover star like Pacquiao.

Conor just got merked by Floyd so that mystic wore out as well.

Conor vs GSP is a legit match up between 2 of the sports best fighters and popular fighters in their physical prime.
 
Pacquiao isn't even a PPV fighter anymore...

His bout against Horn was on ESPN...

And was a loss...

Well more like a robbery...
 
GSP vs Conor, only reason conor vs mayweather did well is cause of the trash talk & how the media made it larger than life. Conor vs Pacman won't be anything close to that & it probably sells like what every other Mcgregor fight sells. Pacman isn't a draw anymore.

p.s The biggest fight for Mcgregor in boxing is vs Canelo as he's the only draw left in that sport & tbh even the gsp fight is still bigger.

I was agreeing with you until you said Conor was one of the sports BEST fighters
 
Well I hate to say it but Floyd carried that fight to make Conor look adequate and to those who believe in McGregor it will take a lot more to rub off his shine. Floyd-Pac killed boxing and disabled any real stars from ever really generating a q rating enough for PPV. Manny was much more diminished than Floyd so many would be interested if Conor could win or if Pac could knock McG stiff. It isn't as clean as evil Money versus scrappy Irish trash talker but it would still be a stronger seller.

How many more MMA buys could Conor get? Realistically he has every buy that is out there right now and even if mainstream attention came basically every buyer that knows GSP already is aware of Conor.
 
Pacquiao by far, but that shouldn’t be an option right now. If I was Conor, I’d face Ferguson, Khabib, Diaz and GSP. Make Pacquiao wait and face him as a retirement fight.
