So we all know that your average guy off the street would be in a weight class below what he weights. Burn all that fat then you are emanciated. Then you do several clean bulks, and cuts until you gain 10lbs or more of muscle mass. That should be your 'weight class'.

My bet is on WW or maybe LHW

GSP was- 178-179cm (roughly 5'10 /12) and was 190-194 in the cage with very little body fat.
Hendricks- 5'9 (176 to 177cm) and was another +190lber
Lawler- 5'11 (181-182cm) and another heavy guy on fight night
Tyrone Woodley- another 5'9er
Rory Macdonald- 5'11
Not to mention older guys like Matt Hughes, Koscheck, alves, chris lyte, frank trigg,

Are you serious? Think about what you are asking, the answers is HW. HW, generally, don't look the best with their shirts off, but they have the most muscle mass despite many having a higher body fat percentage.

Well they all have a little less since the IV ban and stricter USADA drug testing . The change in various physiques over the last half half a dozen cards has been quite obvious.

I'd like to get emancipated from my developing love handles...

Also i believe the word is 'EMACIATED' not 'EMANCIPATED' which means something totally different ( to free someone from social, political or legal restriction).

I think this thread killed a bunch of my brain cells.

I phrased the question wrong. I Know HW's have the most on the basis of then being the heaviest and being in shape. My point was 'p4p' or most muscle mass given their relative size. Or Muscle to fat ratio. Namely I was trying to highlight that WW who are GSP' s height and weight 194 pounds with little fat are very strong and dense for their size. Meanwhile, HW's like Roy Nelson, Cain, Matt Mitrione, or the bulk of other HW's are quite tall, large frames and yet have significantly more body fat than any WW. Sure they have more 'muscle mass' in quantity but I forgot to stress on a p4p basis.
