In general, you want your arms and legs to be as long as possible and torso as short as possible. So Jon Jones body.
The one from your av, as a ring girl.View attachment 1091921
Short and stocky, like Khabib Nurmagomedov - very good for controlling opponents in the clinch/ground

Tall and rangey - good for picking off opponents
Average height, average build for weight class would obviously be the best. Rather not have weaknesses then be able to do one style really well and eventually get figured out.I'd argue that GSP's frame is perfect for 170. Wide lats and massive quads, but not super thick. Good reach, but also not super lanky. He doesn't/didn't really cut a ton of weight, so his cardio is/was always on point. Tall, but not so tall that he has to adjust his striking to avoid takedowns.
False. Having a slender build doesn't mean you could put on 50 pounds of muscle whenever you so want.A tall or long limbed fighter can always take steroids to get stronger, but a short fighter can never grow his height or reach

I can't tell, unless they are nude![]()
If what I said is false, then going by your logic you must think a short fighter can take PEDs to get taller, or that a taller fighter cannot get stronger by taking steroids. Because those are the two statements I made, not any of your nonsense about weight classes or adding huge amounts of muscle mass.False. Going by your logic, let's just drag Sean Woodson up to Welterweight. I mean he's got the frame for it, right?
Yeah dude because you've created a false premise. I you're assuming the short stocky fighter already filled out his frame whereas the tall lean guy hasn't. In my mind these are two guys who started out in the same weight class. They have the same amount of bone mass, just built differently. And in that case they could both fill out and move up a weight class. If what I said is false, then going by your logic you must think a short fighter can take PEDs to get taller, or that a taller fighter cannot get stronger by taking steroids. Not sure what else to say about your post tbh. It doesn't make sense. I'm trying to respond without calling you a name.
